Founded in 2025, UniEmploy is building Nexus to help organizations uncover the intelligence already within their business. Today, Nexus provides operational intelligence that brings greater clarity to organizational capability, helps leaders recognize untapped potential, and opens new perspectives on the people and resources they depend on.

We are starting with healthcare and human services, where a clearer understanding of capability can have meaningful value for organizations and the people they serve. Our initial focus is introducing Nexus to organizations through demonstrations and a limited Founding Seat opportunity, while building relationships with partners who share our interest in the future of work and labor access.

The next version of Nexus is planned to bring greater capabilities, including unlocking labor fluidity within and across organizations. Building on the intelligence Nexus provides today, V2 will aim to open more connected possibilities for how organizations access and make use of capability.
